from Spring Songs (7)

Argument of April hail
does not convince a leaf
Cold wind cannot decide
what to turn its back to
comes back around knowing
it can’t come back

四月的冰雹
吵辯不服
一片葉
寒風的吹向
遲疑不決
背那方
來回的旋轉
深知已定
不服還

I gather you have been experiencing some massive hailstones
The sound of them was massive; the actual hail, when you looked, was hardly happening. Ten minutes later it was just another (cold) spring day. It was like the world had remembered winter for a moment, and then got on with spring again.
Reblogged this on Life is But This and commented:
We’ve just had some April hail too, except it’s autumn here.
Translation and audio in Cantonese now posted on reblog. 🙂
